1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation. Custom sticker orders may require additional processing time depending on the design complexity and order quantity. Orders are not processed on public holidays.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 2 to 5 working days
Delivery times may vary based on location, courier operations, and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. Delivery fees may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
4. Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, delivery address, and contact number while placing the order. Products must be checked in the presence of the delivery personnel at the time of receipt. Once the parcel is accepted and received, StickerBD will not be responsible for claims related to physical damage.
5. Delivery Delays
StickerBD is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier service issues, weather conditions, political situations, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
