Refund policy

At StickerBD, we ensure every order is carefully checked and packed so that you receive your stickers in perfect condition. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Product Check at the Time of Delivery

  • Upon receiving your parcel, kindly inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel.
  • If you notice any visible damage, missing item, or packaging issue, inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact our support team.
  • Once the parcel is accepted and the delivery personnel leaves, StickerBD will not be responsible for any claims related to physical damage.

2. Wrong or Misprinted Products

  • If you receive a wrong design, incorrect item, or printing mistake caused by our team, we take full responsibility.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement within 3 to 4 working days.
  • Customers must contact us within 36 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof for verification.

3. Non Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color variations due to screen or device differences
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Custom stickers approved by the customer before printing

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if approved after proper inspection, will be processed through the original payment method.
  • The refund process may take 3 to 4 working days depending on the payment provider.
